Overdelivery of lot quantity

When the Allow % Overdelivery field is configured on the Item Card page, the system allows you to receive a quantity greater than the value specified in the Quantity field on the Purchase Order page. The Qty. to Receive field value is updated based on the configured overdelivery threshold, within the permitted overdelivery percentage. The received quantity must fall within the allowed range.

If the value in the Qty. to Receive field on the Purchase Order page is updated based on the threshold configured in the Allow % Overdelivery field on the Item Card page, the Item Tracking field value will be updated to Completed on the Purchase Order page.
