Features
With the features added in this release of the Aptean Lot Management extension,
- The system resets the number series to the starting number when it has reached the last number if the Reset No. Series checkbox is selected on the Lot No. Profile card page. For more information, see Set up lot number element series.
- You can export the recall information (consisting of all inbound, outbound, and production transactions) to an Excel document. For more information, see Export recall information.
- You can find existing entries and documents based on the document number and posting date of a document from the Recall card page. For more information, see Create recalls.
Enhancements/Modifications
With this release of the Aptean Lot Management extension, the system excludes negative production and negative consumption when calculating the Total Qty. field value on the Lots FastTab of the Recall card page. Additionally, you can select the On-Hand Qty. field value to view the related item ledger entries.
This enhancement addresses the issue reported in bug ID #291987. For more information, see Create recalls.
UI/UX changes
The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.
- The Export and Find Entries actions have been added to the Recall card page.
- The Reset No. Series checkbox has been added to the Lot No. Profile card page.
- The Remaining Qty. field has been renamed to On-Hand Qty. on the Lots FastTab of the Recall card page.
