Features

Automatic creation or update of the lot number can be performed when the orders are large in number or change frequently. The lot numbering process can be defined as No Creation, Always, On Release or Per Assigned Lot(s) Field during Lot Management Setup to automatically assign lot numbers on the Purchase Order. For more information, see Automatic Lot Numbering.

You can create interaction to record the affected customer(s)/Item(s)/Lot(s) in order to notify them of an impending item withdrawal. The Item Ledger Entry No., Location Code, Item No., Lot No., Source No., and Document No. can be viewed in the segment lines table. For more information, see Interaction Support for Item Tracing Exercise.

You can select the Customer, Shipment, Item Ledger Entry, Item, Lot No. Information, and Location tables along with the standard tables in the Related Entities page while creating Word Templates. For more information, see Word Template Support.
