Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Lot Management extension, you can:

• Assign a lot number to the routing lines of multiple production orders using the new Assign Lot No. action on the Output Journals page. For more information, see Output Journals.
• Delete the assigned item tracking code for the routing lines of multiple production orders using the new Delete Item Tracking action on the Output Journals page. For more information, see Output Journals.
• Assign the lot number series to the item tracking code with the new Lot No. Profile field on the Item Template and Item Tracking Lines page.
• View the value in the Lot No. Profile field on the Item Tracking Lines page of the sales order, purchase order, production order, and item journal.
• Edit the Lot No. Profile field only when,
  • The Lot Specific Tracking toggle is enabled on the relevant Item Tracking Code Card page.
  • The Lot Nos. field has no value on the Item Card page.
