Integrations
The Aptean License and Subscription Management extension is integrated with all other Aptean extensions (except library apps), acting as a critical checkpoint for subscription validation across the system.
When using functionality from an installed Aptean Food & Beverage extension, the system checks if the subscription for that extension is still valid. If it’s valid, you can proceed with the Aptean function. However, if the subscription is invalid, whether you can execute the function depends on the type of functionality.
If you’re prohibited from executing the function, an error message is displayed, and the process gets blocked. In the second scenario, the process continues without the specific functionality, potentially missing important information or control execution.
