Introduction

The Aptean Inventory Overview (IOV) extension includes Inventory Overview, Inventory Projected Availability report, and Redistribution Worksheet, that enables you to see details of the current inventory and bins, facilitating improved inventory management.

The following fields are available on the Inventory Overview page:

• Item No.
• Variant Code
• Description
• UOM
• Lot No.
• Blocked Lot
• Expiration Date
• Serial No.
• License Plate No.
• Location Code
• Bin Code
• Quantity
• Qty (Base)
• Inspection Status Code
• Vendor Lot No.

You can filter the details based on the following fields:

• Item No.
• Variant Code
• UOM
• Item Category
• Location Code
• Bin Code
• Lot No.
• License Plate/Package No.
• Inspection Status

To apply filters, select an option from the drop-down menu on any of the filters, and then select Refresh Overview to apply the changes.
