Create an invoice

After posting the settlement document, the system automatically generates the purchase invoice for the specified vendor in the settlement with all the required details already filled in.
If a settlement includes an account sale commission line assigned to a commission group set as Create Invoice, a second purchase invoice is also generated for the third-party commissioner. The account sale commission line details are inherited to this purchase invoice.
The Pay-to vendor specified in the commission line will be used as the designated vendor in the purchase invoice header. Additionally, the item charge specified in the Item Charge Third Party Commissioner field on the Grower Return Setup page generates invoice lines.

If multiple third-party commissioners are specified within the account sale, new purchase invoices will be generated for each individual commissioner. However, different commission lines associated with the same vendor will be consolidated into a single purchase invoice.

If a settlement involves allocating amounts to a previously recorded advance payment (which will consistently be executed through a posted purchase invoice), a posted purchase credit memo will be created using the same general ledger account that was initially used in the recorded purchase invoice. This approach ensures that the total outstanding advance payment amount yet to be consumed is now visible at the general ledger level.
