Create the account sale report

After the settlement is calculated and/or adjusted, you can share the information with the vendor by providing them with a settlement or account sale report.

Note

You must release the settlement before you can create the settlement report.

To create the settlement report, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Search icon, enter Settlement, and then search the required link.
  2. On the Settlement page, select Reports > Settlements action.
  3. In the Printer field, select the printer.
  4. In the No. field, select the settlement number.
  5. Select Send to and choose the format for downloading the report.
  6. Select Print to view the report and then select Print to obtain a printed report from the selected printer.

Alternatively, select Preview & Close to view the report without printing it.
