Create the account sale report
After the settlement is calculated and/or adjusted, you can share the information with the vendor by providing them with a settlement or account sale report.
NoteYou must release the settlement before you can create the settlement report.
To create the settlement report, follow these steps:
- Select the Search icon, enter Settlement, and then search the required link.
- On the Settlement page, select Reports > Settlements action.
- In the Printer field, select the printer.
- In the No. field, select the settlement number.
- Select Send to and choose the format for downloading the report.
- Select Print to view the report and then select Print to obtain a printed report from the selected printer.
Alternatively, select Preview & Close to view the report without printing it.
