Creating negative lines in purchase orders and sales orders allows businesses to efficiently handle returns, cancellations, or adjustments without the need to create separate documents. This streamlines operations and reduces manual work.

Fresh Bridge Setup

To use the Create Negative Lines action on purchase order and sales order pages, you must configure the Fresh Bridge Setup. The following procedure describes how to perform this activity.

1. Select the Search icon , enter Fresh Bridge Setup, and then choose the related link.
   The Fresh Bridge Setup page opens.
2. On the General FastTab, turn on the Enable Negative Line toggle.
   The system displays the Create Negative Lines action on the purchase order and sales order pages.
   The Fresh Bridge Setup is configured.
