What's new in version 2501.0.0.0
Features
With this release of the Aptean Beverage Event Management extension, Drink-IT Edition,
-
Enhancements have been made to the copy document functionality on sales orders to prevent the logistics status from being carried over from the source document. When copying a sales order using the Copy Document action, the Logistics Status field value on the Logistics FastTab is correctly updated based on the status of the new order, rather than inheriting the status (such as Shipped or Picked) from the original document.
-
The Create/Modify Return Order action in sales and purchase orders (that are created from the blanket sales and purchase orders) has been enhanced to include the Return Date field value in the sales and purchase return order header and lines.
Additionally, the Shipment Date field value on the sales return order is updated using the return date from the blanket sales order. Then, the Expected Receipt Date field value on the purchase return order is updated using the return date from the purchase blanket order. -
When the Event Invoice toggle on the Event Management Setup page is turned on and the Logistics Status field value on an event sales blanket order is changed to a status that allows invoicing, the system checks all linked sales orders.
If at least one of the linked sales orders has a logistics status that does not permit invoicing, the system displays a confirmation message. This helps prevent the unintentional creation of invoices for incomplete event blanket orders.
Resolved issues
The following issue has been resolved in this release.
ID | Description |
---|---|
295205 | The system fails to consider the selected item type filter when creating a sales order from a blanket sales order with Event type. When creating a blanket sales order with the Blanket Sales Order Type field value is set to Event and execute the Make Order action with the Item Type filter set to either Loan in Use or Excl. Loan in Use, the system incorrectly includes both Loan in Use and Non Loan in Use items in the generated sales order. |
