You can set up specific Business Posting Types, which will alter the posting group setting on a document. The posting group settings vary based on the Source/Destination address combination, which is impacted by the Ship-to/Order-from address change.

In addition, you can create a new VAT Registration number, and it can assign to the order when the business posting type is applied.
