Features
EDI Ports
The following EDI ports are newly introduced:
- Aptean826 – It can be used to export the tax-related information of the sales order through EDI messages. The Aptean826 EDI port should be selected in the new Invoice Taxes EDI Port Code field on the relevant Customer Card page.
You can process the sales order information using both Aptean810 and Aptean826 EDI ports simultaneously.
- Aptean850PO – It can be used to export purchase order information.
- Aptean810PI – It can be used to import purchase invoice information.

ASN Type
When the ASN Type field is left blank on the Location Card page, it supports generating EDI packages for warehouse shipments but does not allow for sales orders. For more information, see Messages.
Dispatch Groups
On the Dispatch Groups page, you can configure dispatch groups and assign them to specific EDI ports. It can be used in the job queues to process EDI messages. For more information, see Dispatch Groups.
UI/UX Changes
The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release:
- A new Source ID field is added on the All EDI Messages list page, which displays the source ID of the EDI message.
- The License Plate and Pack-N-Ship options have been removed from the ASN Type field on the Location Card page.
- The 945 option has been renamed to Warehouse Shipment in the ASN Type field on the Location Card page.
- The 945 SO option has been renamed to Sales Order in the ASN Type field on the Location Card page.
