Enhancements/Modifications
With this release of the Aptean EDI extension,
- The ServiceAllowanceChargeDetails section gets updated based on the Exclude from Outbound EDI toggle on the Item Card page and skips the packaging item if the toggle is turned on.
- The system automatically sends and processes the Aptean 943 EDI message. This occurs when the Receipt Port Code field on the Location Card page has a value, and the Auto Proc. Whse. Receipt toggle on the EDI Setup page, the Auto Release EDI toggle on the EDI Port page, and the EDI Document toggle on the Warehouse Shipment page are turned on.
- The SCACCode and Carrier field values for the Aptean 856 Consolidated, 856, and 856 Level 4 ports are updated as follows:
- The SCACCode field is updated with the SCAC field value from the associated Shipping Agents page.
- The Carrier field is updated with the translation EDI value of the shipping agent code. If these values are not present, the system will follow the standard process.
UI/UX changes
The Auto Proc. Whse. Receipt toggle has been added to the EDI Setup page.
