Features

• The TransactionSetPurpose field on the EDI Messages page is updated with the relevant code (00 for Original, 04 for Replace, 01 for Delete) based on the option selected in the dialog box on the Warehouse Shipment page. This occurs when you execute the Send Carrier Load Tender Message action using the port specified in the Carrier Load Tender EDI Port field on the associated Shipping Agents page.
• You can schedule a job queue by turning on the Auto Process Carrier Load Tender Shipments toggle on the EDI Setup page to process warehouse shipments automatically.
• You can process the warehouse shipments details to the EDI Messages page through the Aptean EDI 204 Outbound port.
• You can update the details of the warehouse shipment and posted warehouse shipment on the EDI Messages page via the Aptean EDI 214 Inbound port.
• You can create purchase invoice details by processing the EDI messages on the EDI Messages and All EDI Messages pages through the Aptean EDI 210 Inbound port.
• You can set values for Equipment No., Equipment Description, and Seal Number fields on the EDI Document Fields page. The system automatically transfers these values from the source document to the associated document according to this sequence:
  • Sales order to posted sales invoice
  • Sales order to warehouse shipment
  • Sales order to posted sales shipment
  • Warehouse shipment to posted warehouse shipment

• You cannot enter the same value for Document Field more than once.
• You must fill in the Document Value field corresponding to the Document Field value; it must not remain blank.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

• The EDI Document Fields page is added to the Aptean EDI extension.

The EDI Document Fields page cannot be accessed from Role Center. It can be only accessed by executing the View EDI Document Fields action.

• The Aptean EDI 204 Outbound port is added to the Aptean EDI.
• The Aptean EDI 210 Inbound port is added to the Aptean EDI.
• The Aptean EDI 214 Inbound port is added to the Aptean EDI.
• The Linked Documents action is added to the Posted Whse. Shipment page.
• The Send Carrier Load Tender Message action is added to the Warehouse Shipment page.
• The View EDI Document Fields action is added to the following pages:
  • Sales Order
  • Posted Sales Invoice
  • Posted Sales Shipment
  • Warehouse Shipment
  • Posted Warehouse Shipment
• The EDI Carrier Inbound Entry No. field is added to the Warehouse Shipment Header and Posted Whse. Shipment Header tables.
• The EDI Document, EDI Received Date/Time, and EDI Sent Date/Time fields are added to the Posted Whse. Shipment page.
• The SCAC and Carrier Load Tender EDI Port fields are added to the Shipping Agents page.
• The Auto Process Carrier Load Tender Shipments toggle is added to the EDI Setup page.
