Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Contract Management extension:

You can configure the system to display an error or a warning message if the shipping or receiving quantities exceed the contract quantities when creating a sales or purchase order from a sales or purchase contract. This provides greater flexibility and prevents over-selling or over-ordering via contracts. For more information, see Set up contract management.

The system inherits contract details from sales and purchase orders (that are linked to sales and purchase contracts) to sales order and purchase order archives, respectively. This ensures traceability and compliance with contractual obligations. For more information, see View contract information on sales and purchase order archives.

Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Contract Management extension, the system displays an error message when deleting sales and purchase contract lines that are linked to open sales and purchase documents, respectively. This enhancement addresses the issue reported in bug ID #272630.

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

The following fields have been added to the Contract Setup page.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

ID	Description
272630	The system incorrectly allows deleting sales and purchase contract lines linked to open sales and purchase documents, respectively.
296944	The system incorrectly allows updating the No. field value on the Lines FastTab of the Purchase Contract page even when the purchase contract line is linked to open purchase documents. This issue occurs when the description of the updated item is the same as the previous item.
