Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Contract Management extension, you can:

• Create purchase contracts from the Harvest Order and Harvest Planning pages when the Aptean Commodity Harvest Planning extension is installed. To know more, see Create a purchase contract from harvest order and harvest planning pages.
• Define the attributes for the items on the Sales Contract and Purchase Contract pages, which will transfer to the corresponding sales and purchase documents.
• View only the contract with the same unit of measure on the purchase or sales documents when assigning a contract. You cannot assign a different unit of measure code on these documents while creating an order from the contract.

Integrations

The Aptean Contract Management extension has been integrated with the following extensions:

• The Aptean Commodity Harvest Planning extension to create a purchase contract from a harvest order.
• The Aptean Advanced Attributes extension to define the global lot attributes for the items used on the sales and purchase contracts.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

• The Lot Attribute Requirements action has been added to the Lines FastTab on the Sales Contract page.
• The following fields have been added to the Contract Setup page.
  • The Allow Orders Outside Date Range and Allow Posting Outside Date Range fields on the General FastTab
  • The Auto Fill Purchase Contract Details, Purchase Date Range Applies-to, and Auto Close Purchase Contracts fields on the Purchase FastTab
  • The Auto Fill Sales Contract Details, Sales Date Range Applies-to, and Auto Close Sales Contracts fields on the Sales FastTab
• The global lot attribute fields have been added to the Lines FastTab of the Sales Contract and Purchase Contract pages.
• The following fields have been added to the Purchase Contract page.

• The Applied Discount % and Applied Discount Unit of Measure Code fields have been added to the Purchase Contract page. However, these fields are visible only when the Aptean Advanced Pricing extension is installed.
• The Purchase Contract Nos. and Sales Contract Nos. fields from the Purchase & Payables Setup and Sales & Receivables Setup pages have been moved to the Contract Setup page.
• The Quote No. field has been removed from the Purchase Contract page.
