Enhancements/Modifications

With this release of the Aptean Beverage Contract Management extension, Drink-IT Edition, the system prevents updating the Posting Group field value in the journal line when the application is running and prevents posting when the Posting Group field value in the journal line does not match the Posting Group field value on the applied ledger entry if the following criteria are met:

If the posting is done on the Cash Receipt Journals or General Journals page.
If the Applied (Yes/No) toggle on the Cash Receipt Journals or General Journals page and the Apply Per Posting Group toggle on the Drink-IT Foundation Setup page are turned on.
If you perform the following actions on the Cash Receipt Journals or General Journals page.
- Execute the Apply Entries action.
- Enter the Applies-to Doc. No. field value.
- Manually enter field values.
