With this release of the Aptean Beverage Contract Management extension, Drink-IT Edition,

The create rent invoices functionality has been enhanced to not display error messages during processing. The rental agreements are skipped and no longer included in the error log by turning on the Skip Error Messages on Rental Agreement toggle on the Contract Management Setup page.
The rental invoicing process has been enhanced to ensure that buffer lines are automatically created when a rental line ending date is extended. This ensures that rental periods added after the initial invoicing are automatically included in future invoice runs, without requiring manual buffer creation. The system checks for missing buffer lines during batch invoice creation and generates them as needed to support extended rental periods.

To extend the ending date in a rental agreement line, you can change the Rental Line Status field value from Ready to Invoice to New. Then, you can update the Ending Date field value as required on the Rental Agreements page.

The Skip Error Messages on Rental Agreement toggle has been added to the Rent FastTab of the Contract Management Setup page.
