UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release:

• The Create Purchase Claim action has been added to the Sales Claim page.
• The Dump Order FastTab has been added to the Claims Setup page.
• The Dump Orders FactBox has been added to the Sales Claim page.
• The Issuer Item No. and Credit Memo Charge Item fields have been added to the General FastTab of the Claims Setup page.
