Process the incoming customs document with an error status
To process an incoming customs document mail history entry with an error status, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Customs Document Mgt. Mail History List page.
- Select the entry with the Status field set as Error.
- On the action bar, select Process.
The selected entry is processed, the Status field value is updated as blank, and the Error Message field value is set to blank. After processing the entry, the system changes the status to Error or Success depending on the result.
The system displays an error if the Process action is executed for entries where the Status field is not set to Error and the Message Direction field value is updated as Outgoing.
