With the features added in this release of the Aptean Beverage Customs Document Management, Drink-IT Edition,

You can view the direction of the message, either incoming or outgoing, in the Message Direction field on the Customs Document Mgt. Mail History List page.
You can navigate to the Customs Document page from the Customs Document Mgt. Mail History List page using the Show Customs Document action.
You can process the incoming customs document mail history entry that has an error status by executing the Process action on the Customs Document Mgt. Mail History List page.
On the Tax Ledger Entries page, the To Apply checkbox is selected for transfer receipt documents based on the setup on the Tax Classification page of the item.
In the customs document for transfers, the Sell-to/Buy-from Code field value is populated with the transfer-to code from the related transfer order.
You can view and manage applied entries linked to a customs document from the Customs Document Tax Application page. This provides quick access to related documents and tax ledger details for verification and tracking.
- You can execute the Open Source Document action to open the associated customs document directly.
- You can execute the Find Entries action to view the document number along with all related applied entries on the Find Entries page.
On the Customs Document Tax Application page, the Tax Ledger Entry No. field lookup displays the list of associated tax ledger entries.
When processing an IE801 pre-announcement message for a goods receipt, the system automatically selects the EMCS Mandatory checkbox during the creation of a customs document. This applies specifically when the document type is either a purchase order or a sales return order.
On the Customs Document page, based on the selected Document Type field value, the system filters the Document No. field lookup to display only relevant entries from the corresponding source table.

UI/UX Changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

The Process and Show Customs Document actions have been added to the Customs Document Mgt. Mail History List page.
The Open Source Document and Find Entries actions have been added to the Customs Document Tax Application page associated with the Customs Document page.
The Message Direction field has been added to the Customs Document Mgt. Mail History List page.
