Call plan frequency

You can control the frequency of how often the customer/ship-to is to be included in the call plan either on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for the specific call plan structure record.

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Customers, and then choose the related link.
    The Customers list page opens.
  2. On the action bar, select More Actions > Related > Customer > Call Plan Setup.
    The Customer Call Plan Setup page opens. Alternatively, on the action bar, select More Actions > Related > Customer > Ship-to Addresses.
    a. Select the desired value in the Code field.
    The Ship-to Addresses page for the selected code opens.
    b. On the action bar, select Related > Call Plan Setup.
    The Customer Call Plan Setup page for the selected customer opens.
  3. On the Call Plan Structure FastTab, select the dropdown in the Frequency field.
    The options include Weekly and Bi-Weekly.
    If Weekly is selected, the customer/ship-to addresses are contacted every week on the call day.
    If Bi-Weekly is selected, the customer/ship-to addresses are contacted once every two weeks on the call day.
