Walkthrough: Understanding Bin Exclusivity

When using multiple bins, we do tend to have a lot of bins, only holding a quantity of one, and only one, item.
Some bins are even dedicated to a certain item, because the turnover of this particular item is very high, or we want items to be picked from the same bin, every time.
In rows of crates we don’t want multiple items in one row, not to lose our overview, or have to move multiple pallets to get to the desired item.

In our warehouse, in the picking zone, all the bins our bins are dedicated to one item. The most popular items are even always in the same bin.
