Create your own Demo Company

Aptean Beverage is available in multiple countries. For each country, a dedicated demo company is available. This country specific company contains setup that is specific for that country (VAT, excises, language, etc.). They are all based on the Business Central Cronus company for that country. With this company, you can:

Execute the Walkthroughs in our online documentation.

Install Drink-IT

Select the Search icon , enter Extension Marketplace, and then choose the related link.
In the Search box, enter Aptean Beverage Drink-IT Edition.
Select the Bundle that meet your business requirements.
Select the Free trial action and install the app.

Create the Cronus DIT Demo Company

Select the Search icon , enter Companies, and then choose the related link.
On the action bar, select New > Create New Company.
On the Create New Company page, select Next, and then Enter a name for the company.
In the Select the data and setup to get started field, select Drink-IT Demo data.
Select Upload a data file to import and then select the .zip file for your country.
Select Next to Manage Users (not mandatory) and then select Next.
Select Finish to create your demo company.
This will take about 1 hour, or more.

Note
Names and codes in your Aptean Beverage demo company can differ from the ones used in the walkthroughs. Since the Aptean Beverage setup is the same for all the countries, the walkthroughs can be used in every country. In the country specific deviations, you can verify these deviations.
