Features

With the feature added in this release of the Aptean Beverage Advanced Warehouse Management extension, Drink-IT Edition, the system includes the License Plate Tracking Entries action on all posted shipment and receipt pages to improve traceability of license plate numbers in posted warehouse documents. This feature allows you to view the Detailed Warehouse Entries page with entries filtered by the Whse. Document Type and Whse. Document No. fields, providing better visibility into license plate usage across shipments and receipts.

With this release of the Aptean Beverage Advanced Warehouse Management extension, Drink-IT Edition,

The system allows automatic template selection for mixed lot scenarios during pick creation. When a sales order includes item tracking lines with multiple lot numbers within a single pallet quantity, the system automatically uses the mix warehouse template during the creation of the warehouse pick.

The License Plate Tracking Entries action on the associated pages is displayed only when the Application Name field is set to Aptean Beverage Advanced Warehouse Management for Drink-IT Edition, and the corresponding Feature Status field value is set to Enabled on the Feature Control page.

The system enhances destination license plate number functionality for single pick scenarios. When using a warehouse template with the Picking Type field value set to Single Pick, the system behaves consistently with mix pick process. It allows consolidating items into a single destination license plate, automatically or manually assigning the license plate on the Place line based on pick quantity and license plate selection on the Take line. The existing license plate values are cleared if the source license plate is changed.
All other validations and behaviors works similarly to those used in mix pick processes. To know more, see Setting up warehouse templates.

Resolved issues

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

283314	The system encounters blocking and deadlock issues during the processing of outbound documents due to unfiltered deletion operations in the license plate reservation process.
301348	The system fails to populate the Lot No. field value on the Warehouse Pick page after creating a pick from the Warehouse Shipment page with the Picking Template Group field value set to 2_FULLMIX.
302352	The system fails to populate the Lot No. field value in the second Take and Place lines on the Warehouse Pick page. This issue occurs when a sales order with multiple lot numbers is used, the initial pick is deleted, and a new pick is created.
301929	The system incorrectly updates the License Plate No. field value in the first Place line instead of the third Place line when the License Plate No. field value selected is of the third Take line on the Warehouse Pick page. This issue occurs during split-line picking with the full mix picking template.
