Setting up shipping addresses for calling entries

1. Select the Search icon , enter Customers, and then choose the related link.
2. Select the customer with the shipping address you want to set up for calling entries for and choose the Edit action.
3. Choose the Ship-to Addresses action and then choose the Edit action.
4. On the Order Entry FastTab of the Ship-to Address page, fill in the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read a short description.

Setting up call schedules for shipping addresses

1. Select the Search icon , enter Customers, and then choose the related link.
2. Select the customer with the shipping address where you want to set up call schedules for and then choose the Edit action.
3. Choose the Ship-to Addresses action and select the shipping address where you want to set up call schedules for and then choose the Edit action.
4. Choose the Call Schedule action and fill in the fields as necessary on the Call Schedule Lines. Hover over a field to read a short description.
