Setting up call statuses

Call Statuses within the calling lists provide crucial insights into your planned and closed calls, offering valuable information. You can also create custom statuses as per your specific needs.

Modifying the status of a call entry can trigger the automatic closure of the entry. This functionality proves beneficial, especially in scenarios where an order has been successfully created following the call, or when the call doesn’t lead to any sales.

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Call Statuses, and then choose the related link.
  2. On the Call Statuses page, choose the New action.
  3. Fill in the fields as necessary. Hover over a field to read a short description.
