Maintain recurring sales lines

When recurring sales lines are used, you need to maintain them by

  • Assigning new products to existing recurring sales lines.
  • Adding products to recurring sales lines.

To add an item included to standard sales codes

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Items, and then choose the related link.
  2. Open the card for the item you want to add to standard sales codes.
  3. Choose the Include in Standard Sales Codes action on the Advanced Sales Management FastTab.
  4. Select the Standard Sales Codes where you want to add the Items as included.
  5. Click OK.

To select items in recurring sales lines

  1. Select the Search icon , enter recurring sales lines, and then choose the related link.
  2. Choose the Add Items actions.
  3. On the Add Items to Standard Sales Code page, use filters to select items and set the Exclusivity Type.
  4. Click OK to add the selected items to the recurring sales lines.
