Search for Route Planning Worksheet and select a route planning line. Click on the header action Backorder Lines. It opens the Backorder Lines page, filtered on those sales orders assigned to the route planning no.

Exclude blocked customers from call entry creation.
Why
As a sales operator, you are not allowed to register orders for customers that are blocked, so you don’t need to call them. You want to be able to exclude them from the call entry creation and you want to be able to see whether a customer is blocked in the call entries, so you are prevented for making unwanted calls.
How
- Select the Search icon
, enter Create Call Entries and then choose the related link. - On the Create Call Entries request page, select options in the Customer Blocked field as necessary.
- Choose the search icon, enter Call Entries and then choose the related link.
- On the Call Entries page, you can verify whether a customer is blocked in the Customer Blocked field.4

Filter on Sales Reason Codes in the Order Entry Page
Why
On the Order Entry page, on the Options FastTab, you can set a filter on Reason Codes. The only relevant reason codes to filter on are the ones that you have selected for sales. You can now only select reason codes that are flagged as “Sales”, so the list of codes to select is reduced to the relevant codes only.
How
Setup Reason Codes for Sales
- Select the Search icon , enter Reason Codes and then choose the related link.
- On th Reason Codes page, select the Sales field for codes you allow to be used in sales transactions. The field is by default not visible on the page but you van add it by personalization.
On the Order Entry page:
- On the Options FastTab, in the Reason Code field, you can only select codes that are flagged for Sales.
