PBI 224460 - Indirect sales (GEDAT: Fallback) Price Group
What
Missing lookup in “Exclusivity” FactBox on Item Card.
Why
As a master data manager, you want to be able to see the exclusivity details of an item with one click, so you can do your work in an efficient way.
How
In the Exclusivity FactBox on the Item Card, you can open the details for:
- The No. of Standard Sales Codes where the item is used.
- The Customer Specific Codes where the item is included.
- The Customer Specific Codes where the item is excluded.
PBI 225347 - Allign ASM Call schedule and Call entries with LOG Default- and Source Routes
Why
A customer has a route which can specify the delivery date, the call entry specifies also the delivery date. Those dates needs to be synchronized so route and calling entries are alligned on shipment dates.
What
When a sales order is created form a call entry with a shipment date, it should check that date with the source routes of the customer and not the default route.
How
When the Shipment Date in a call entry is a Monday, I am able to Create Order and Open Order Entry from that call entry when the Customer (or Ship-to Code) in that entry has a Source Route where the Shipment Day is Monday or [Blank]. When the Shipment date not align an error appears.
PBI 225376 - Add Routes to Call Schedules
What
Add Routes to Call Schedules
Why
In Aptean Beverage, the shipment date in a sales order can be inherited from a call entry and calculated by a route. As a sales operator, you want to be protected for possible conflicts in calculating the shipment date on orders, so you can do your work in an efficient way.
How
- Select the Search icon , enter Customers and choose the related link.
- Open the card of the customer you want create or modify call schedule lines for.
- On the Customer Card, choose the Call Schedule action.
- On the Call Schedule Lines page, select Routes as necessary. When the selected route is setup with a shipment day, the call schedule line will inherit that day.
PBI 225780 - Customer default Ship-to Code should be auto filled in Call Schedule Line
What
Customer default Ship-to Code should be auto filled in Call Schedule Line
Why
When a customer has a default ship-to code, you want to have that code also included as a default in call schedule lines that you create for that customer.
How
- Select the Search icon , enter Customers, and then choose the related link.
- On the Customers page, open the card for the customer with a default ship-to code where you want to create call schedule lines for.
- On the Customer card, choose the Call Schedule action.
- On the Call Schedule Lines page, create a new entry and verify that the Ship-to Code field is filled with the correct code.
PBI 225783 - Call entry alerts - misc. findings
What
Alerts on open call entries came also when releasing a sales invoice or return order document and when posting the shipment. That has been corrected, they only come when releasing a sales order with a same shipment date when an open call entry exists with the same shipment date.
Open call entries for which an unlinked order exists with the same shipment date now show in red. The user can link it immediately.
Why
From the Call entries page, the user was alerted on existing orders after clicking on the Make order button or Open Order Entry page. That is in most cases too late (after having called the customer).
How
Open the Call entries page, lines show in red when a sales order exists for the same shipment date which is not linked to a call entry yet. Click on the action Link to existing order and it will show the (first found) order with the same shipment date. Confirm with Yes and the call entry will be closed and linked.
PBI 226438 - Create Customer Shipment Dates for Call Schedule Line
What
Customer Shipment dates showing what days a customer may be delivered. Updated from a call schedule.
Why
There may me logistic limitations as to when a customer may be delivered, a customer may perhaps only be delivered on Tuesdays. Such can be steered from LOG source routes, or by ASM CAll schedules.
How
Open the Customer card and select action Call Schedule. Create a call schedule defining calling day, shipment day and the recurrence and activate the Create Shipment Dates function for the customer.
Search for Customer Shipment Dates, from the customer card or in general and view allowed shipment dates for the customer.
PBI 224329 - Periodic Settlement - % based on indirect sales amount
What
When a periodic settlement was suggested for indirect sales based on a percentage, the amount was not calculated well. That has been resolved. The Indirect sales Amount is now available as calculated field in the condition ledger entry and in the Condition Period Settlement Journal.
