Integration with Aptean Status Management

When the Aptean Approved Supplier extension is used in conjunction with the Aptean Status Management extension, you can define, manage, and track the lifecycle of manufacturer approvals using custom status configurations within the Aptean Status Management extension.

With this integration, the system:

• Supports configuration of custom status flows (for example: Under Development → Certified → Closed) for records on the Approved Manufacturer List page while executing the Change Status Mgmt Status action.
• Automatically updates the status of an approved manufacturer line in real-time.
• Sends notifications to relevant stakeholders when status changes occur.
• Prevents the process from proceeding if the status update fails, ensuring controlled workflows.
