Post Alcohol Losses from Released Production Orders

Alcohol losses can be registered in the Alcohol Loss Journal. With the use of reason codes, each loss on a production can be justified. Alcohol Loss entries will be created when the journal is posted, where each loss entry is connected to the Item Ledger Entry that represents the output of the production.

1. Select the Search icon , enter Released Production Orders, and then choose the related link.
2. Open the relevant production order, and then choose the Register Alcohol Loss action.
3. On the Alcohol Loss Journal page, select the volume – and strength unit as necessary in the header.
4. Fill in the journal lines as necessary. When the volume strength is filled in, the volume is automatically calculated and vice-versa.
