Post Alcohol Losses from Finished Production Orders

When the status of a Production Order is changed to Finished, you are not allowed to post on it anymore. There is an exception for the posting of losses. It is possible to post losses on a Finished Production Order but with the restriction that the result is neutral.

1. Select the Search icon , enter Finished Production Orders, and then choose the related link.
2. Open the relevant production order, and then choose the Register Alcohol Loss action.
3. On the Alcohol Loss Journal page, select the volume – and strength unit as necessary in the header.
4. Fill in the journal lines as necessary. When the volume strength is filled in, the volume is automatically calculated and vice-versa.
