PBI 212142 - Structured Reason codes - Copy

What
Structured Reason codes

Why
Multiple Drink-IT apps make use of Reason Codes. To prevent yourself from selecting from a long list of codes, you can now define where you want a reason code to be available for selection. You will only see the relevant codes.

How

  1. Select the Search icon alt text, enter Reason Codes, and then choose the related link.
  2. Open the card of the code for which you want to specify the use.
  3. On the Drink-IT Foundation FastTab, select the Losses field for reason codes that you wat to use for registrations in the Alcohol Loss Journal.

PBI 206847 Alcohol Balance by Cask - Permission error

Fixed
A customer business central license did not allow you to select a Cask on the Lot Information Card. This is solved.

PBI 209814 - Volume-strength purchase price conflict with FND

Fixed

  • You can update Drink-IT foundation (value) fields, even if there is history for that value in entries or document lines.
  • In Drink-IT Alcohol Balance, you can use purchase prices per volume-strength (liters alcohol).

Due to a conflict between these two functions, the update of volume fields in purchase lines (when changed on the item card) was not done correctly. This is solved.

PBI 212641 - Production Order Status cannot be changed to Finished due to rounding issue

Fixed
The Production Order Status cannot be changed to Finished due to rounding issue.

When the difference in liters of alcohol consumed and produced in a released production order was less then 0.0001, and you use the Force 0.0 Alcohol Balance function, you were not able to change the status of your production order to Finished. This is solved by ignoring such a small difference.
