With the features added in this release of the Aptean Advanced Comments extension, you can copy the sales and purchase comments to posted documents. To know more, see Copy comments to posted documents.

Integrations

You can use the Aptean Advanced Comments extension in conjunction with the Aptean Combine Shipment per Period extension to copy comments from your sales order to the sales invoice when combining shipments in your system. UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release:

The Sales Comments and Purchase Comments actions are added to the sales return, purchase return, and the associated posted return documents.
The Copy Comments Shpt. to Invoice and Copy Comments Ret. Rcpt. to Cr. Memo toggles are added to the Sales & Receivables Setup page.
