Features

The following features are included in this release of the Aptean Advanced Comments extension.

• You can create standard purchase comments that are automatically added when creating the purchase documents (and the warehouse documents associated with purchase documents). Previously, you could only create standard sales comments that can be added automaticallyto the sales documents (and warehouse documents associated with sales documents) as they are created. For more information, see Show Standard Comments in Sales and Purchase documents.
• When the warehouse documents (shipment, receipt and pick) have multiple source documents, the comments per document are indicated and can be viewed. For more information, see Show standard comments in Warehouse documents.
• While deleting the master data, such as a vendor, customer, item and item category code, the standard comments that are assigned to that master data are also deleted.
