Automation Flow

Aptean Advanced Workflow is a powerful tool for automating business processes. It allows you to create flows that trigger actions, such as creating documents and assigning tasks, when certain criteria are met. With the Exit Point Codeunit feature, you can also create custom codeunits that execute specific tasks within the flow. Using Exit Point Codeunits, you can create custom actions such as automatically creating a warehouse receipt when a certain item is received, creating a vendor compliance document when a certificate is received in a mailbox, or automatically creating a pallet file (manifest) when a vendor sends a file via mail. Aptean Advanced Workflow can also be used to automate the claim processes. For example, when a customer sends an e-mail with damaged goods or information about a sales shipment, a flow can be created that automatically creates a sales return order. Once the sales return order is created, the Aptean Advanced Workflow can be triggered for an approval process and post the sales return order automatically once all approvals are completed.
