Visibility of item attributes

A promoted Item Attribute is shown in the Items List for a quick overview of the items and the attributes that are linked to it. It is possible to show a maximum of five Attributes on the Items List. The Item Attribute has to be set up to “Promoted” before it is shown on the Items List.

Set an item attribute to “Promoted”

1. Select the Search icon , enter Item Attributes and then choose the related link.
   The Item Attributes page opens.
2. Select Edit List on the action bar.
3. Select the Promoted checkbox for the item attribute, e.g., “Colour”, which should be promoted.
   The selected attribute, e.g., “Colour”, is now promoted.

Visibility on the Items list page

1. Select the Search icon , enter Items and then choose the related link.
   The Items list page opens.
2. For each Item, view the promoted item attributes like ”Colour” or ”Shape” in different columns showing the related attribute values.
   Example: For the item “Tomato”, the attribute value ”Red” is shown under the promoted item attribute, ”Colour”, or the attribute value ”Round” is shown under the promoted item attribute ”Shape”. Similarly, you can view the promoted attribute with its values for all the items on the Items list page.
