Introduction
With the Aptean Advanced Attributes extension, you can now create and manage custom attributes specific to your industry, domain, or organizational structure. Whether it’s capturing additional customer information, tracking unique product specifications, or defining specialized workflow steps, this extension provides the flexibility to adapt software systems to the exact needs of the business.
You can set up user-defined attributes linked to items, vendors, customers, and lots, which can then be accessed in list views and FactBoxes to aid in informed decision-making. Additionally, these attributes can be utilized in Microsoft Power BI for further data analysis. These attributes can be used for information, filtering, and reporting. The item, customer, and vendor attributes are linked directly to the master record and are not stored in history.
You can also store the lot attributes per lot number and use them for specifying lot characteristics. These attributes will be shown on pages where you select a lot number.
