EDI Dispatch

A company may choose to manually process EDI transactions, even though they can be automated. In situations where automation is in place, certain types of EDI records, such as failed messages, require manual review and attention. To manage EDI activities manually, go to the EDI Dispatch page accessible from the Search icon .

The EDI Dispatch page displays tiles for pending documents and messages that can be individually reviewed and administered by the user. Users can create EDI messages for pending documents (excluding sales orders) and process pending messages.
