Use the Aptean Pay Credit Memos Queue page to view a list of credit memo records. On this page, you can transfer credit memo records to the Aptean Pay portal, ensuring seamless processing and optimal utilization of credit or refund amounts as payments for outstanding invoices or orders.

Select the Search icon , enter Aptean Pay Credit Memos Queue, and then choose the related link.

Payment Credit Status

The following list includes information about payment credit status that appears on the Aptean Pay Credit Memos Queue page:

  • New: The credit memo record has yet to be sent to Aptean Pay for processing.

  • Created: The credit memo record has been sent to Aptean Pay for processing but is yet to be captured.

  • Error: The credit memo record failed during processing.

  • Processed: The credit memo record has been successfully sent to Aptean Pay, and the payment has been processed.
