Send a credit amount request from the Posted Sales Credit Memo list

As required, you can send a credit amount request to the Aptean Pay Credit Memos Queue from the Posted Sales Credit Memo page. The following procedure describes how to send a posted sales credit memo record to the Aptean Pay Credit Memos Queue.

Select the Search icon , enter Posted Sales Credit Memos, and then choose the related link.

The Posted Sales Credit Memos list page opens.

Select the posted sales credit memo for which you want to manually send a credit or refund amount update to Aptean Pay Credit Memos Queue, and then on the action bar, choose Actions > Aptean Pay > Send to Aptean Pay Credit Memos Queue.
