Payment Receipt Status

The following list includes information about the status of payment receipts that appear on the Aptean Pay Receipts Queue page:

• New: The payment receipt has been loaded from Aptean Pay and a corresponding record has yet to be created in a cash receipt journal.
• Error: An error occurred while creating a corresponding cash receipt journal record.
• Processed: A corresponding cash receipt journal record has been created for the Aptean Pay payment receipt.
• Closed: The Aptean Pay payment receipt record has been manually closed to facilitate cash receipt journal processing.
