Print empty license plate labels

You can create and print multiple empty license plate labels using the Print New License Plate Labels page. You can specify the number of empty license plate number labels to print.

Setup

  1. Navigate to the Feature Control page. The Feature Control page opens.
  2. In the Application Name field, set the Aptean Beverage Advanced Warehouse Management for Drink-IT Edition application to Enabled.
  3. Navigate to the Labels page, select New. The Label page opens.
  4. In the Label Code field, enter Empty Label.
  5. In the Label Category field, select related empty label code.
  6. On the Lines FastTab, configure the lines as required for print.
  7. Navigate to the Adv. Warehouse Setup page. The Adv. Warehouse Setup page opens.
  8. On the Labelling FastTab, select the value for the Label Code field same as the value configured in the Label Code field on the Labels page in step 4.

The setup to print multiple empty license plate labels is complete.

The following procedure outlines how to configure print for creating multiple empty license plate labels.

  1. Open the relevant Print New License Plate Labels page.

  2. Select a value from one of the following fields based on the purpose of creating the required print.

    Field Description
    Number of Labels Enter the maximum number of labels to print at once. The maximum value allowed is 1000.
    Label Code Specifies the label code value populated from the Label Code field on the Adv. Warehouse Setup page. This field is not editable.

  3. Select OK.

The required number of labels are printed. Once the labels are printed, you can view the entries on the Label Output Files page.
