Manage sales orders

When the Manufacturing Policy field value on the Item Card page is set to Automatic - Sales Order, the system automatically creates a released production order when the associated sales order is released.

The system updates the production order components, assigns lots to broken source items, posts the production output journal, and then assigns the output lot to the associated sales line.
