Set Non-Conformance to Closed

Non Conformances  •  Article  •  4/6/2023  •  4 min

When all non-conformance follow-up actions have been executed, the status of the non-conformance can be set to closed.

You can change the status of the follow-up actions and of the non-conformance itself. If the follow-up actions are synchronized with Microsoft Teams, the status in Dynamics 365 Business Central is Synchronised with Teams and the status of the non-conformance action can be tracked in Teams. If the follow-up actions are not synchronized with Teams, you can adjust the status of the follow-up actions on the Non-Conformance Actions page. When all follow-up actions have been completed, the non-conformance can be closed.
