Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app,

  • You can use the OK button on the Lines tab of the Planned Movement screen to proceed with the planned movement operations. Additionally, you can select a specific item from the Lines tab of the Planned Movement screen to define which item to process first during the planned movement activity.
  • The system alerts you when to pick items that do not meet the expiration date criteria. This helps maintain product quality and regulatory compliance by preventing the picking of expired or soon-to-expire items. The expiration validation will show warnings or errors when items or license plates with insufficient remaining shelf life are scanned during picking operations.   • The expiration dates are automatically calculated on the Receive screen based on the vendor production date. When the scanned barcode includes a production date, the system automatically calculates the expiration date using the calculation method specified on the Item Card page.   • The prompts displayed on the Pick screen during warehouse operations involving license plate-tracked items have been updated to improve clarity. The system provides clear scanning prompts during picking, guiding you to scan either an SSCC or a license plate, based on the setup of the Enable SSCC toggle on the Customer SSCC Setup page.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

  • The OK button has been added to the Lines tab of the Planned Movement screen.


    This button is visible only when the Scan both Take and Place Bins description is set to No on the Mobile Profile Setup page.

  • The Item Description field has been added to the My Items tab associated with the Move screen.

  • The prompts displayed during warehouse operations involving license plate-tracked items have been modified on the Pick screen. The updated text prompts you whether to scan a new or existing SSCC or license plate, along with the bin.


The minimum version required for the Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration extension to operate with this release is 2508.0.0.0.
