Features

With the features added in this release of the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app, you can:

  • Use the Use AI (10) as Internal Lot Number toggle on the Vendor Card page to determine whether the system should use the lot number obtained from the scanned barcode (Application Identifier 10) as internal lot number when registering received goods in Business Central. This feature addresses the issue reported in bug IDs #225018 and #197990. For more information, see Process warehouse receipts with AI (10) lot numbers.

  • Configure the Auto Confirm GRAI Scan description on the Mobile Profile Setup page to enable automatic confirmation of both quantity and weight when using GRAI scanning. For more information, see Auto confirmation of weight and quantity for GRAI scanning.

  • View the warehouse receipt documents assigned to the warehouse employees on the Queue page to track and manage warehouse receipt tasks. The system displays only warehouse documents assigned to your user ID that have a Released status.

  • Use the Show error as popup toggle on the Settings screen to convert error messages into confirmation pop-ups, allowing you to acknowledge the message and continue working without interruptions on the following screens:

    • Receipt
    • Pick
    • Inventory Movement
    • Put away
    • Count
    • Production
    • Unplanned Move

  • Configure the Clear active bin after each move in put mode description on the Mobile Profile Setup page to automatically clear the active bin code in put mode after each movement on the Unplanned Move screen. This ensures that warehouse employees must manually scan a bin code for each movement, reducing errors caused by the system retaining the last used bin. For more information, see Use bin clearance in put mode.

UI/UX changes

The Show error as popup toggle has been added to the Settings screen.

Resolved issues

The following issue has been resolved in this release.

225018, 197990 The system fails to capture the lot number (AI 10) from the SSCC label during the receipt process in the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app. When scanning the SSCC label, the system continues to prompt for a lot number instead of automatically retrieving it.


The minimum version required for the Aptean Mobile Warehouse Registration extension to operate with this release is 2506.0.0.0.
