Underderlivery of lot quantity

When the Allow % Underdelivery field is configured on the Item Card page, the system allows you to receive a quantity less than the value specified in the Quantity field on the Purchase Order page. The Qty. to Receive field value is updated based on the configured underdelivery threshold, within the permitted underdelivery percentage.

The underdelivery is considered valid only if the Underdelivery checkbox is selected and the received quantity falls within the allowed range.

If the value in the Qty. to Receive field on the Purchase Order page is updated based on the threshold configured in the Allow % Underdelivery field on the Warehouse FastTab of the Item Card page, the Item Tracking field value will be updated to Completed on the Purchase Order page.
