To view the recall item trace information on lot levels,
-
On the Recall card page, on the action bar, select Recall Item Trace.
The Recall Item Trace page opens.You can view recall item trace information in the following fields:
Field Description Description Specifies the description of the document associated with the item. Serial No. Species the serial number of the traced document. Lot No. Specifies the lot number of the traced item. License Plate No. Specifies the license plate number of the traced item. Item No. Specifies the traced item number. Item Description Specifies the description of the traced item. Variant Code Specifies the variant code of the traced item. Location Code Specifies the location of the traced item. Quantity Specifies the quantity of the traced item in the document. Remaining Quantity Specifies the remaining quantity that has not been processed. Already Traced Specifies whether additional transaction history for the line has already been traced by other lines. Vendor Lot No. Specifies the associated vendor lot number. Production Date Specifies the associated production date. Traceability Source Reference Specifies traceability information of the source, such as an address, URL, GLN, or phone number. This often represents the physical location that created the vendor lot number. - By default, the system displays the recall item trace information in the advanced view. You can select the Show Simplified View action to view a simplified version of the information. The system combines information based on the lot number, variant code, location code, and document number.
- When in simplified view, you can select the Show Advanced View action to switch back to the advanced view.
